An e-detailing campaign was initially set up to run two waves each lasting three months in which PharmiWeb Solutions employed multimedia campaigns to reach and encourage target healthcare professionals to access the e-detail. Main features included flash animation with professional voice-over commentary, an integrated quiz, online CPD course, patient education course, an incentivised e-detail follow up, and the ability to request a sales rep visit.
